
Hey guys!
After winning Miss Chesapeake, I am now preparing to compete for Miss Virginia! YAY!
I am very excited, but it is a lot of hard work. One of the hardest competitions to prepare for is... you guessed it... SWIMSUIT! So the first thing I have done is changed my diet to start eating a little more healthy.
Initially, I was pretty much eating anything I wanted (BAD). Now, I have cut out the Starbuck's and Taco Bell for more health alternatives. Here's my plan so far
Breakfast: Turkey bacon, brown eggs, toast, and/or oatmeal
Lunch: Turkey/ham wheat wrap w/ pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, and spicy mustard
Dinner: baked chicken, broccoli, etc.
Snacks: jello, popcorn, yogurt
Alright, let's see what happens! I just started hardcore this week. I'll update ya!

That sounds like a very healthy diet you've got going on! I may need to take a few tips from you on what's good to eat...though Starbucks is my drug! Great post! And good luck for Miss Virginia! I know you'll do great!
ReplyDeleteI think you focused on HOW when you wrote your blog's entry. It's very intersting because I'm also figuring out how to lose weight. I think it's better if your entry has more pictures related to your writing. Sure, it should be expressed as visual aspect that we have studied during classes. Above all, good luck to you for your winning for Miss VA.
